Here explains how the pride works.
This group or pride runs much like a Democracy. Here you can vote for your leaders or if you're bold, you can run for a High Rank yourself! Those who run for a high ranking spot are called Candidates and will run against each other until all the votes are in. The one who has the most votes, wins. That individual will remain in that High Ranking spot until the next election.

Past Candidates that did not win and New Candidates can run in the elections as many times as they want. To keep it fair anyone who has had a High Rank cannot run for that same rank again. This is subject to change if there is not enough Candidates running for that rank. In that case, the individual that originally held that rank can run again for the same rank. If there are no Candidates running for that High Rank, the individual already taking role of that rank will still remain. That's why we need people constantly running in the elections and people voting!
Elections will take places every 3 months, allowing 4 turns for High Ranks every year. Everyone who wants to lead in a High Rank should have the opportunity to do so. This is a pride of opportunity after all! You have a chance to be a leader, why not take it? Don't be afraid to speak your mind and don't let others get you down. Who knows, your opinions and kindness may get you the respect you deserve.
This pride runs and thrives on it's leaders. Without them is unworldly chaos and major distrust. Eventually the pride would break and fall apart. So to minimize this possibility, it's the prides job as a whole to keep the order going by voting and running in elections. As well as participating in your selected rank. Every job counts as an effort. The goal is to make this a community where everyone is welcomed. Just because there are High Ranks does not mean, that YOU don't matter. This is a pride of Democracy, Love, Loyalty, and Social Lifestyle. So que the 'High School Musical' reference, because we're all in this together!! :D
